Note: These prices are only for a general maintenance and does not include removal of excess solids or other repairs. A maintenance cleaning it defined by the environmental health department. A tank that has been maintained every three to five years. With no more than two to three feet of solids, three feet of water, and a two to three inch scum layer at the top.
Why do we offer a free estimate on all our services?
Septic systems are complicated, and it's often hard to know exactly the work that will be needed until we see the tank and absorption field. We believe in honesty and transparency as the foundation of our business. We don't want to offer a special rate for a septic pumping only to surprise you with a higher bill when we run into a tank that hasn't had maintenance for 10 years. The pump charge includes locating the septic tank, removing lids, pumping the tank, and covering the tank back up. In some cases, septic tanks may be deeply buried and require excavation with a machine. In these cases, additional charges will incur, but only when authorized by the customer.
We offer free estimates, we tell you exactly what needs to be done, and we stay in touch throughout the process. Letting you know right away if we run into any surprises.
